Sessions are run in and around Leicestershire for all ages and abilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shine was created to help children develop their confidence, express themselves, manage their emotions and feel free to be creative in a safe space. Shine has been taken into local schools and after school clubs running &#8216;Move and Shine&#8217; and &#8216;Relax and Shine&#8217; for different ages of primary school children. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sessions include circle time, discussion, yoga, relaxation and art during fun, themed sessions.
