Aromatherapy – Treatment price – £45
My full Aromatherapy body massage incorporates essential oils suited to your needs. After an initial consultation I will create a blend of oils for your treatment.
Aromatherapy dates back thousands of years and is the use of plants, flowers, herbs and trees in complementary health. The oils have many different healing properties and are distilled and made into oils fora number of uses.
There are nearly 100 different essential oils to choose from but in my treatments I will usually use a combination of 2-3 oils which will include Lavender, Geranium, Ginger, Lemon, Neroli, Bergamot, Orange, Peppermint, Rose, Frankincense, Tea Tree and Ylang Ylang. I will also use a carrier oil to blend in with the oils for massage, they help the oils to absorb into your skin. Coconut and Almond oil are good carrier oils used in Aromatherapy treatments.
After a short guided meditation, the full body massage which includes legs, arms, hands, shoulders, back and head takes about an hour and a half. You can add Reiki to the end of your treatment at an extra cost.
Reiki – Treatment price – £35
Reiki is an energy healing practice using your hands to promote well being and relaxation. During the treatment I will use my hands over the seven chakra points on your body either with light touch or just above your body to deliver energy and healing. By opening and balancing the chakras you and your body can then return to a state of harmony allowing energy to flow.
During the treatment we will start with some breathing and a guided meditation. Then once comfortable and relaxed I will clear your chakras and begin the Reiki treatment. The whole treatment will take around 1 hour.
Reiki has many benefits including – pain relief, stimulating your immune system, reducing stress, promoting relaxation, complimenting traditional medicine, treating depression and much more.
Natural Face Lifts – Treatment price – £40
These are very relaxing facial treatments incorporating highly effective techniques from both Japanese and Indian face massage, also known as Facial Rejuvenation or Natural Facelift. The treatment also includes complementary techniques from accupressure and facial reflexology.
This facial involves massage techniques which act as a natural facelift with no need for surgery. Many people suffer with facial tension which creates lines, wrinkles and puffiness and the Natural Lift facial will help with this.
The Natural Lift facial will use a combination of techniques to remove toxins from your face, improve your complexion, reduce facial lines and wrinkles. Unlike facial surgery this massage has no side effects and is a very effective method of facial care.
The whole treatment will take around 45 minutes and you can add Reiki to the end of your treatment at an extra cost.
